Casting Working Process:

The rings will use wooden mould; the wooden mould must be glazing.Open the cope flask after closed the cope flask and drag flask.Bake the sand mould up to complete drying; detect the temperature by sensor after closed the sand mould.Smelt aluminum or steel into aluminum or steel water, then assay the chemical composition, the material must reach the supplier’s chemical composition.Pour aluminum or steel water into sand mould to cast the rings. After casting, the dimension is in accord with the above sketch, casting rings is blow hole.Put the test of chemical composition and blow hole into file for your checking.After casted, workers will machine these rings a little by lathes

Forging Working Process:

We need make two or more steel moulds to manufacture the rings.Heat the casting ring, the temperature is controlled by sensor.Forge the rings by forging press; after forging, test the rings, and ensure the rings are no flaw scratch and surface check.Put test reports into file for your reference.Every ring has product number.At last, workers machine these rings according to customer's drawings
